| | ABOUT ME | | Nowadays in the Real Estate field, we come across various success stories in our community; however, some attract more attention than others.
The story of John E. DeOliveira,ABR is one such story. John is still very young but already a well-known name in this very competitive field.
John started his Real Estate Career in August 2001. In 2005 at 33 years of age, John had his feet on very solid ground. He had already employed his expertise, signature knowledge and know- how in the sale of over 200 properties.
This is a extraordinary accomplishment to say the least. But John refuses to be just another salesman. He has already achieved new heights by taking his broker's license, just in case he decides on opening his own business. John definitely has the determination and the character to continue to go further.

|  | | | |  | But not all that shines is gold and in order to achieve success, John has also endured his share of hardships. Real Estate can definitely be overwhelming and frustrating, field at times.
"Success is obtained with very hard work, and I don’t think of it as a quick fix," says John of the field. "Some hints on success for this kind of business: treat your clients as if you were sitting in their shoes, be honest and respectful of the clients' needs , have great charisma and basically love what you do."

What motivated John to follow Real Estate ?
John has a very special way of making people feel comfortable around him, he went on to explain.
John worked in construction and was actually making very good money, when one day a family member overheard an ad in the local media that a local Real Estate office was hiring, and he asked why John would not give it a shot.
John thought about it and the idea appealed to him.
However, John’s immediate family did not understand why John was willing to leave a secure well-paying job to go on such an adventure. But John had already made his up his mind.
And the rest, as we know, is history.
